These centers to be set up in the next few months are cumulatively spread across over 12,000 sq ft and can accommodate 373 seats.
The company has set a target of a total 100 cities by the end of the current financial year. In June too, it had detailed its plan to set up 6 new offices in cities including Mumbai, Gorakhpur, Agra, Jaipur, and Jodhpur.
“Since the beginning of our journey, our goal has been to penetrate regions where coworking has not yet been reached. We have opened the centers at places that have been untapped by other office space providers because we aim to grow with our clients and provide them with the best sustainable solutions while at the same time fulfilling their business needs,” said Kushal Bhargava, the co- founder of MyBranch. The new offices will be a mix of shared as well as lite shared office spaces. The company provides these for corporates or businesses that need office space with only a few seats but do not have any options that can accommodate their minimal need.
Trends suggest that lite offices are much in demand in smaller cities, majorly because MNCs and corporate giants are expanding to smaller cities and looking for ready-to-move-in office spaces.
Furthermore, looking at the recent trend of Coworking these smaller cities are mostly preferred by BFSI, NBFC, start-ups, which are finding it extremely convenient because of the targeted location and affordability with all desired amenities. It is also beneficial for companies to attract local talents without relocating them to bigger cities.
